Do I need a ticket to get into the event to drop my item off?

You will need a ticket for a least one day. You do not need one to just to drop off on Friday.  You will need a ticket to the event to pick up your item on Saturday or Sunday. If your are coming on Friday to only drop off your item a staff member will escort you.

If you order a print from us to be picked up what do I need to do?

On Saturday or Sunday bring a copy of your order confirmation to the pick up area and we will get you your photo!

Is this a ticket to get Jeffrey's autograph at his table? Will I get to meet Jeffrey?

Not with the drop off option.  You can try to wait in his line but Scaradise is expecting a large demand for him and it is not guaranteed for anyone to meet him.  This is the safest option to obtain Jeffrey's autograph. You can purchase a photo op with him to meet him!

When and where can I drop my item off?

Arrive at the Florida State Fairgrounds on Friday October 2nd between 12:00pm and 3:00pm EST. Ask the amazing staff where to drop off your item.

When and where can I pick up my item?

On Saturday October 3rd the items will be available for pick up when the convention opens. You have until Sunday at 2:00 pm to pick up your item. Ask the good looking staff where the pickup will be (it will be a different location than the drop off) Bring your order confirmation with to pick up your item.

What happens if I do not drop off my item in time?

If you don't drop your item off for any reason we will get an 8x10 photograph signed in it's place.  There will be no refunds given if you miss the drop off.

Can I drop off a bat to be signed?

THERE ARE NO REAL BATS ALLOWED TO BE DROPPED OFF - THE CONVENTION WILL NOT ALLOW YOU THROUGH THE DOOR WITH THEM. Plastic or Foam (Replica) bats are ok to be dropped off as long as they have no real wood or metal on them.

Will Jeffrey write a quote or character name or my name?

Due to time constraints this will be signature only.

Will my item be authenticated? How do I know Jeffrey signed it?

Beckett Authentication will be at the signing.  You can purchase authentication for $10 on the order page.  If you choose not to you can rest assured that Mintych doesn't play like that - we have been in business for nearly 10 years will a stellar reputation.

How should I label my item?

Label your item as fool proof as possible with your name, order number, phone number, where you want it signed, what color you want...make it so there is no doubt! Nothing is guaranteed in life but we will do our best to honor you requests for placement & color.

Will my item be safe? What happens if something happens?

While nothing is guaranteed in life besides death & taxes - there are certain things that our beyond our control - smudges, pens, etc... but Mintych has been in business for nearly 10 years - we know what we are doing - unexpected things do happen in life.  If it something that was due to our negligence we will take care of you.  Everyone is human and makes mistakes but we haven't been in business this long if we made a lot! We treat everyones items like they were our own - since this is a drop off there is no chance of it getting lost in the mail!

What is the $5 fee for?

We hate to do it but this is necessary to cover our fees from the credit card and service provider. We aren't making money on this.

Why is there a fee for bats and other large items?

It is all about time - it takes longer to sign big or bulky items. Which means less overall items that can be signed.  It is also a fee for our staff as handling a bat or full size poster takes a lot more time & care than a photo.  We understand that some people may not get it and we understand that but believe us that we aren't getting rich off of this - just trying to be fair.
